At the conclusion of the 2013-14 duck season I bought my childhood home from my father located on 226 Lakeview Drive in Samburg, TN.

At the time I did not realize just how big of a project this was going to become.  I worked all year remodeling the home and converting it into a bunk house that sleeps 10 people.

Between the house and the lake I had enough space to build a 2300 sq ft building.  Inside the building I included a full kitchen and den that overlooks the lake.  It is a wonderful space to relax or entertain guests.

Upstairs in the building I have a large game area complete with a pool table and card table.  Also in the building I have a large utility room that includes an industrial sink, washer, dryer, and another full bathroom.

The cool thing about this property is that it is the perfect place for a group of people to stay.  There is enough covered parking for two vehicles or boats as well as additional parking out front.

There is a large pier out back with a Big Green Egg sitting on it for cooking out.  The kitchen comes stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, and pretty much anything you would find in your kitchen at home.

I am using the lodge for my duck hunting customers during the winter.  The rest of the year it is available for rent nightly or weekly.  I invite you to check out the website for more information.
