Join
our experienced naturalist for a canoe trip through seldom
explored areas of Reelfoot
Lake. Observe old growth
cypress forest, a heron rookery and an Eagle Nest as we leisurely paddle
through the cypress swamp. Large fish swimming, ducks taking flight,
and an occasional snake making an appearance add excitement to the
trip. A variety of bird life such as songbirds, ducks, herons, owls, or
an eagle usually show up to check out the canoeist.

Trips
depart from Reelfoot Lake
State Park's Visitor Center in March and April. We suggest you bring snacks,
drinks, a change of clothes, camera and binoculars in a waterproof,
floatable container. Trip is approximately 3 hours. Reservations
are required.
This is one of the most unique
adventures offered in West Tennessee!
Please
call Reelfoot Lake State Park's Visitor Center for reservations and/or
