Reelfoot Lake Fishing Report for:
October 21, 2010
                                    

   Reelfoot Lake is 20" below summer pool level. Water temps are 62 to 64 degree range. Water conditions are good with slight stain in color. The lake level is very low. Use caution when putting your boat in around the ramps and motoring across the lake

   Bluegill: Slow

   Crappie: Very Good: Some good fish are being caught in 6-12' water. Fish about 1' off the bottom trolling minnows. Some crappie are being caught fishing a cork and minnow around the stumps. Also jigging the stumps with red / char jigs. Remember, the limit is 30 Crappie per day per man. There are no size limits on Reelfoot Lake.

   Bass: Slow

   Catfish: Fair:  The catfish bite has slowed down the past few days.
