SURFACE TEMPS
FALL...CRAPPIE BITE IS ON
Jackie Wayne with another fishing report.
Jackie Wayne's back with another fishing report. Crappie are
biting good in lower blue basin in 8' to12' of water on minnow or jigs
with crappie niblets. Crappie are also being caught in upper blue basin
in 5' to 8' of water on minnows and jigs. Bass are doing good around the
pads with frogs, spoons, and buzz baits. Look for duck weed and use
black spoons with white skirts. Bluegill are slow at this time. Catfish
are being caught in ditches with night crawlers. Yellow bass are doing
good in in lower blue basin with pin minnow. Water level is above pool.
Water temperature is in the high 60's. Fall crappie bite is on!!! Call
your guide and book your trips and also your motel rooms.
DUCK HUNTERS GET READY FOR A GREAT SEASON AT REELFOOT.
Water level is great. TWRA has lots of corn, beans and Japanese Millet..
This is going to be Reelfoot's finest year in a long time.. If you need
